Bio
As President of Pettinaro Management, LLC, Tom is responsible for all of the asset management, property management, lease administration, marketing, maintenance, and leasing operations, and associated personnel within the company’s commercial portfolio of assets. Tom started his career in the real estate industry in 1989 and has gained a broad range of experience in asset management, property management, real estate appraisal, and real estate credit administration.
Prior to joining Pettinaro, Tom spent 13 years with the Miller-Valentine Group in Dayton, Ohio, where he held various commercial and residential asset management positions, including Director of Asset Management. He started his career in real estate in the appraisal and banking industries. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation from the CCIM Institute.
Since graduation,Tom continues to be an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. In his free time, Tom enjoys his passion for sailing, previously on Lake Erie, and now on the Chesapeake Bay. Tom is married and a father of four grown children. He is an active supporter of YoungLife and Special Olympics. Tom and his wife reside in historic New Castle, Delaware.
