With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Bade specializes in the sale of industrial/flex and multifamily properties. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness Real Estate Services, he served as vice president of Commercial Brokers, Inc. Previously, he worked as associate vice president for Cushman & Wakefield.
