Before coming to Epsteen and Associates Tom spent 5 years in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile as a Business Development Manager for AiC Worldwide. Tom joined Epsteen and Associates in 2001 and is a graduate of Epsteen and Associate’s two year training program. During his eleven years at Epsteen and Associates, Mr. Breen has been responsible for the representation, planning and execution of growing companies including Ross Dress For Less, dd’s Discounts (a division of Ross Dress for Less), FedEx Kinko’s, Starbucks Coffee, adidas, Decathlon Sporting Goods, Pacific Sales (a division of Bust Buy), Benihani Restaurants, Omaha Steaks and Elephant Bar, resulting in over 350 real estate transactions throughout Southern California.
Tom has also focused on the Southern California’s growing Latino demographic through his representation of chain stores such as La Curacao, Farmacia Remedios, Numero Uno Markets, La Monarcha and Pollo Campero.
Though the strong relationship that Tom has with his clients he has formed an excellent reputation with major landlords, developers and brokers throughout California. In addition Tom is an active member of ICSC and Chain Links.
Mr. Breen has a bachelor’s degree in History from Michigan State University and is fluent in Spanish.
