Tom founded Cafferty Commercial Real Estate Services in 1984. Prior to forming CCRES, Tom was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, leading the Northeast region of CBRE in transaction volume for five consecutive years. Tom has developed/repositioned more than 60 properties. His extensive experience allows him to build out and maintain superior properties for his tenants.
