Bio
Tom provides development consulting services to various clients in the area of affordable housing and community development throughout Michigan. In this capacity he works with clients to secure financing using Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bond financing, various federal financing programs, Federal Home Loan Bank sources, and various state programs. As a consultant he works with the various members of the development team to bring the development to fruition including negotiations with equity investors, lenders, and state and local officials.
