As Senior Vice President of Brokerage for Wellington Realty, Tom brings 33 years of commercial real estate industry experience, knowledge and skillset. In 1985, Tom began his career at Fults and Associates as an associate focused on tenant representation. He then proceeded to Cambridge Realty Partners in 1988 as Vice President where his primary responsibility was project leasing. Tom earned his broker license in 1993 and thereafter developed a broader involvement across the full spectrum of disciplines in the commercial real estate business. His work history includes tenant representation for 4 years and project leasing for 24 years, health care development, building sales (investment and user) as well as land sales transactions. He has an extensive track record ranging from small tenants to Fortune 500 Companies as well as individual to institutional owners, with a singular focus of achieving what is best for his clients.
Tom is a 4th generation Texan, who grew up in Dallas with family roots in Dallas going back to 1916. In his free time, he enjoys the all things outdoors like camping, fishing, hunting and boating. He is an avid reader and enjoys traveling with his family.
