Bio
Tom Dechenne has over 40 years in the commercial and industrial real estate business. He joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1979, moved to Colliers in 2015 and this past year moved to Windermere Commercial Realty. He has been involved in brokerage, real estate finance and development, and for the past several years, has specialized as a broker in the marketing of industrial and commercial projects, as well as the sale of various investment properties and land.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, he was employed by CENEX, a regional farm supply cooperative. His responsibilities included the analysis and overseeing primary lending of approximately 125 agriculture cooperatives. Tom was a member of the public relations and cooperative training staff as well as a local cooperative manager.
Education
Tom graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics. He is a licensed broker in Oregon.
He is a member of the Commercial Assn. of Brokers, Portland, OR and a member of the Portland Freight Committee Advisory Board (City of Portland), for the past 15 years.
