Tom Dermody, CCIM is Owner and Managing Broker for Tom Dermody, LLC,
which specializes in Commercial Real Estate Services, including property sales,
leasing, management and consulting services. The primary geographic area
includes Colorado Springs to South Denver.
Tom Dermody has been engaged in commercial real estate in Colorado since
1982 completing hundreds of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to
forming Tom Dermody, LLC, Mr. Dermody was Senior Investment Advisor with
Sperry Van Ness where he represented buyers and sellers of commercial
investment properties where he transacted well over one hundred million dollars
of commercial property sales. Also, Tom was Owner and Managing Broker for Colorado Commercial Properties, Ltd., which offered a variety of commercial real estate services including retail site selection services for such retailers as Carl’s Jr., Batteries Plus, Family Dollar Stores, Panda Express and many more.
In addition to earning the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), he is an active member of the Self Storage Association. Mr. Dermody is also a past director of Realtor Services Corporation for the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. Further, Mr. Dermody is currently a Trustee with Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation.
During his successful career in Commercial Real Estate, Tom Dermody has achieved strong relationships built on integrity, results, keen knowledge and skill surrounding commercial real estate.
A native of Michigan, Dermody received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and currently resides in Monument, Colorado.
