Tom Gallagher, MBA, combines more than 40 years of both corporate and private commercial real estate experience helping clients to maximize the value of their retail and office properties prior to sale. Tom also engages in buyer representation to assist sellers in securing replacement properties as well as accomplishing 1031 exchanges.
Tom’s expertise lies in helping retail and office owners selling properties in the $500,000 to $5,000,000 range of value. This mid-range of values commands the greatest number of potential investors and owner/users thereby increasing the probability of a timely sale.
Maximizing value prior to sale can be accomplished using a combination of methods leading to an effective sales strategy. Each property is unique and requires it’s own marketing plan. Tom’s proven approach to enhancing value may include the following methods:
