Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011 and is now a Director within the Investment Team at Fawcett Mead. Before joining Fawcett Mead in 2010 as a graduate Tom worked at Fineman Ross between 2006 – 2007 and JLL, focusing on the purchaser and sale of retail and mixed-use assets.
With over 10 years’ experience in the property investment market Tom has forged closed relationships with a number of institutions including CBRE Global Investor, LaSalle Investment Managers, BMO Real Estate, Wesleyan Assurance, Columbia Threadneedle and Legal & General along with a number of high net worth investors, developers and property companies. Tom has an in-depth knowledge of the national retail market having recently advised on transactions across the county in town including Guildford, Nottingham, Harrogate, Bury St Edmunds, Stratford Upon Avon and greater London.
Tom currently lives in South London with his Wife and young son but originates from North Yorkshire where he enjoys spending the limited free time he has working on the family farm.
