Thomas Hyde – Community Acquisitions
Mr. Hyde received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland University College. Previously a business development manager for a regional contractor, Mr. Hyde joined Miller and Smith in 2005 and is responsible for land acquisition, entitlement, and sales along the I-270 and I-70 corridor. In 2008, he primarily marketed Centerpark, a 1.2 million square foot industrial park in Montgomery County. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Frederick County Builders Association and is an active member of Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association.
