Tom co-founded the | Albatross Group in 2023. He is a licensed realtor in Kansas and Missouri and focuses on industrial property throughout the Midwest region and serves clients throughout the country. He provides expertise in terminal facilities (low coverage), distribution, manufacturing and warehousing properties throughout the Kansas City metro. He is passionate about helping his clients find solutions for their real estate needs and is committed to helping them reach their goals. Prior to opening the Kansas City office, Tom worked at Real Estate Advisors beginning in 2019 as a Vice President in the Industrial group. He started his career in commercial real estate in 2016 at Colliers International, where he represented both Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller. Prior to his time at Colliers, Tom was a and worked as an auditor for from 2013 to 2015. He worked with both small private businesses as well as large public companies, and he continues to utilize his accounting background today. Tom was born and raised in Kansas City and attended the University of Kansas, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. Tom is an avid golfer, dedicated philanthropist and loves to travel and cheer on the Jayhawks and Fighting Irish.
