With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Tom Paredes is renowned for his longstanding client relationships. Tom started his career with the John T. Evans firm soon after graduation from SMU’s business school. From his first deal then to his most recent deal now, Tom maintains integrity in every deal and interaction. It’s no wonder that Tom was named John T. Evans’ Top Producer year after year.
Tom joined Foremark in August of 2019 and has continued to deliver exceptional value to his clients.
In addition to accumulating vast experience with restaurant leasing and sales, Tom has expertise in retail and shopping center development. Tom’s expertise and industry knowledge has benefited many brokers who have worked alongside Tom. He has added tremendous value and helped shaped the landscape of Dallas/Ft. Worth commercial real estate for the better.
Tom is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of RARE Connection, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Dallas Association of Realtors – Commercial Division, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, The Restaurant Connection, and the SMU Real Estate Club.
Tom earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. He lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
