Tom’s primary role as Director, St. Louis Market Lead is to provide leasing leadership for Altus’ portfolio of industrial and office properties located in St. Louis. Tom is experienced in lease negotiation and manages a team of highly skilled brokers. Prior to joining Altus, Tom worked with Capitol Realty Group, Kaplan Real Estate, and Washington Realty Group, managing portfolios along with landlord and tenant representation.
Tom graduated from DePauw University with a bachelors degree in economics. He is a member of the Forest Park Rotary Club, DePauw Alumni Association and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and MDA.
