Tom Reznik is a Senior Advisor with NAI Affinity and brings over 35 years of experience in the industry to the table. Over the course of his career, Tom has brokered millions of dollars' worth of complex real estate transactions including residential and commercial land, investment sales, anchor retailer transactions, corporate offices, and medical buildings. Notable examples include completed transactions involving representation of Anheuser-Busch for over 7,000+ AC across Northern Colorado, the Agilent Campus in Loveland, and the Kohl’s retail store and center in Greeley.
Prior to transitioning into real estate, Tom worked for the City of Fort Collins as a Police Officer for almost 20 years with the majority of this time spent as a Police Detective.
Outside of the office, Tom is most likely found enjoying time with his four daughters and three grandchildren. Beyond this, Tom also spends his free time golfing (although almost comical in his skills) and traveling, particularly throughout Europe, Alaska, and Canada, and has recently also been focusing on exploring Colorado, as we are so fortunate to live in such an amazing state!
