Tom has lived and been doing business on the Eastside since 1980, working in real estate development, construction and real estate sales and leasing, Tom has been in brokerage for years; working for Grubb & Ellis, the Regency Group, Kidder Mathews and in 2017 became a member of the Leibsohn & Company team.
Tom specializes in the selling and leasing of commercial office and industrial buildings. Tom has a wide-based experience in manufacturing, distribution, office buildings, investment properties, and yoga, fitness, and auto repair facilities. Tom represents both Landlords and Tenants in the marketplace.
