Tom oversees all real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. He maintains direct communication with all tenants to evaluate and resolve any needs. Tom graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and history. He has more than 25 years of real estate lending experience as well as being a past franchise owner and part owner and CFO of an Ohio manufacturing facility. He is a past chairman of a Vanderbilt University National Fraternity Capital Campaign and has also been involved in several local boards including Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, United Way and a county hospice board.
