Bio
Tom is a native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque. After a career in retail until 1993, he moved to the Mesilla Valley to purchase a RV dealership.
And in 1999 he and his partner purchased a convenience store. After selling both businesses, he was very excited about the opportunities that the Steinborn TCN Commercial Real Estate office offered. His over 30 years of retail experience gives him insights on how difficult it can be operating a small business, and a large business. He has extensive knowledge of financing, advertising, location sights for your business needs. He is totally committed to Commercial Real Estate, not just in Las Cruces, but, also in El Paso, TX and southern NM. He has extensive contacts throughout New Mexico and also in the Southwest. He has had the opportunity to lobby for various groups in Santa Fe during the New Mexico Legislative sessions.
He has served on many boards in the city of Las Cruces, and also statewide boards. Many times he has served as Chair or President of these boards. He has 2 daughters; Stephanie, a 2007 graduate of NMSU in Community Health, and Jessica a senior at FDIM in Los Angeles, CA. He is also very proud of his son-in-law Robert; a 2006 graduate of NMSU, and a 2nd LT. in the United States Army.
