Tom Wille serves as Executive Director, Transaction Management in Global Occupier Services where he is responsible for representing clients for the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of real estate leases throughout the United States. Tom specializes in the development and execution of real estate strategies best designed to individual client needs. With a client-driven approach to deliver the highest level of service, Tom is a proven veteran with more than 8 million square feet of successful leasing transactions.
Working with corporate real estate executives at Fortune 500 firms “is very much about getting to know your client and discovering how to help them add value to their business model,” says Tom. “You have to be invested in people and contribute to their problem solving.” Success is attained by working very closely with clients to find occupancy solutions that align with their business strategy, financial goals and operational objectives.
