Tomi Beightol joined Savills in October 2018 as an assistant director responsible for sourcing and establishing new business relationships, as well as assisting clients with their commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. In order to align her clients’ business goals with optimal real estate, Tomi provides in- depth market research, local and national trend analysis, workplace strategy, financial modeling and transaction management.
In addition to performing the necessary tasks that give her clients a full view of their real estate options, Tomi conducts tours of properties that allow companies to visualize their potential environments in person. Along with her demonstrated professional abilities, Tomi communicates efficiently with clients in order to understand their goals and properly administer the appropriate real estate services such as site selection.
Prior to joining Savills, Tomi was a transaction services coordinator at Newmark Knight Frank for almost three years. While there, Tomi participated in business strategy and specialized in local and national account transactions. Before that, Tomi spent two years at Cushman & Wakefield as a property management administrator, responsible for supporting the executive leadership team and their more than 40-million-square-foot regional portfolio.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
When she’s out of the office, Tomi likes to get involved in charitable and professional activities. As a member of Women & Wine, Tomi and other influential businesswomen gather to partake in a silent auction and award presentation dedicated to fighting breast cancer. In addition, Tomi is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW).
