Bio
Success in the past is often the best indicator of future performance and Tommy Stevenson. leaves little doubt that his future, and the future of those who choose to follow him, will be nothing short of brilliant. John Maxwell, author of “John Maxwell’s 21 Laws of Leadership,” writes about the 80/20 rule of productivity. In it, Maxwell states that the top 20% in any organization will produce 80% of the results for that organization. Tommy has a track record of succeeding at the highest level and of working through others to motivate and coach them to reach their full potential. Because of this he consistently has proven the truth behind the 80/20 rule. Leadership does not happen by accident. It is a skill acquired and improved over time. Tommy’s past successes in real estate, business brokerage, restaurant ownership and management, coupled with his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina , has given him the leadership skills his agents have come to know and count on. Tommy leverages his knowledge in P&L management, which he used to be consistently ranked in the top 10% of one of the nations most recognized franchises, to coach the agents in the Greenville Market Center to achieve at levels above their previous highs. As an owner of a very profitable million dollar business Tommy is able to share the leadership skills he has acquired with his agents in the areas of hiring, training, and marketing strategy. Once Tommy decided to focus his talents on real estate sales, it took him very little time to once again rise to the top. As is so often the case, true leaders emerge and the rest follow. Tommy started with National Restaurant Associates, a brokerage firm, as an agent and helped build the Greenville Office which he purchased with a partner in 2005. Due to his success with National Restaurant Associates, his past success as a top 10% Franchise Owner for Chick Fil-A, and his restaurant ownership in Greenville , Keller Williams Greenville pursued him for their Team Leader opening. In over a year as the Team Leader of the Greenville office, Tommy has driven the profitability of the agents and the Market Center to new heights. He is the right person to motivate and train agents to achieve at their highest levels using sound business management and marketing skills.
