Tony Belfiore, President of Belfiore Construction Company has been involved in construction, primarily custom home building his entire life. Tony began working in construction at the young age of thirteen with his uncle, a custom home builder in the Denver Metro area. Throughout high school he was able to save enough money that after graduating he moved to Greeley in 1971 to attend the University of Northern Colorado. In 1976, Tony began working for the largest homebuilder in Northern Colorado as a superintendent. He spent several years working his way through the firm ending up serving as Construction Manager of the Housing Division. Tony established Belfiore Construction Company in 1980 as a home building company, building numerous "spec" homes. The business steadily grew and began specializing in Design-Build projects including high end Custom Homes, Light Commercial Buildings, Tenant Improvements, and Remodeling projects. As of today Belfiore Construction Company has successfully completed hundreds of residential and light commercial projects in Northern Colorado with numerous repeat clients. Tony has served on several boards and committees in Northern Colorado. He served on the board of directors for Weld County Home Builders Association for 8 years and as President in 1990. He also served on the Building Advisory Committee for the City of Greeley for 6 years. Tony continues to be an active member of Weld County Home Builders Association and Northern Colorado Home Builders Association. While attending the University of Northern Colorado, Tony met his wonderful wife Lynette and they were soon married in 1974. Tony and Lynette have now been married for over 35 years and have three grown children; Brandon, Sean and Travis that all continue to reside in Greeley. When Tony's not on the jobsite or in the office, he enjoys several activities with his family and friends including, snowmobiling, golf, traveling, and attending sporting events.
