Tony DeFrancis specializes exclusively in developing strategies for the relocation, renewal, expansion or disposition of real estate assets for office and industrial users in Southern California. Tony’s primary goal is to provide outstanding tenant representation services, including consulting, strategic planning, financial analysis, transaction management and lease negotiation expertise. Tony has been successful at reducing his clients’ occupancy cost while greatly increasing efficiency and work flow. Tony joined Savills in February 2017 after three years with Cresa in Orange County, where he was vice president. Before Cresa, he was an associate tenant representative and market analyst with Madison Street Partners for over three years.
