Bio
In the summer of 2008, Tony’s first internship was at Blue Star Land development in Dallas, where he assisted in managing several large developments in the Dallas Metro area. Interning at Blue Star provided Tony with insight into strategically investing in land as a long-term investment strategy and maximizing the land’s value through development. At the time, the housing crisis was beginning, and Blue Star was actively looking for acquisitions. After interning at Blue Star Tony started working with a private lender originating loans during college. The lender became a mentor and Tony has helped value properties and analyze potential loans throughout his career. In the summer of 2009, Tony took an internship at the SkylesBayne Company in Austin, which specialized in strictly representing tenants. One year away from college graduation, Tony was offered a full-time position at the SkylesBayne Company. Upon his graduation from college, Tony accepted the offer and spent three years learning the tenant representation business and building his own book of business here in Austin. In 2013, Tony started ACRE One with a partner, focusing on representing tenants and identifying value opportunities in the Texas real estate market for their clients. Tony works exclusively with tenants, investors, and landowners ranging from large publicly traded corporations to locally owned successful business ventures to rural Texas ranch owners and buyers. Tony is proud of his growing client list, which operates in the office, industrial, retail, and land markets throughout the state of Texas, including Truluck’s, Sherwin Williams, KeyStaff, Inc., SK&P Insurance Services, and Big State Electric. Tony is a native Austinite, attending Westlake High School before graduating from Southern Methodist University.
Education
Graduated Southern Methodist University in 2010.
