With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Tony specializes in office tenant representation for a diverse client base in lease relocations and renegotiations, both locally and nationally. His expertise includes structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties.
His partners and him have successfully advised and guided some of the largest law firms and other businesses navigate through complicated lease transactions, primarily in the downtown Chicago market.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Tony spent 10 years at Transwestern in their tenant advisory services group. While working at Transwestern, he was responsible for the oversight of the Chicago firm’s development and served on the national board of directors.
He previously served as a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis following the merger with Insignia/ESG, and he also worked as a tenant representative at Frain Camins and Swartchild and Goldie B. Wolfe and Company.
