Retired executive, VP Business Development, United Technoligies Corporation in Hartford, Connecticut. Currently, active on Amelia Island, Florida with 25 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, through a new carrer path as a principal member in a botique design-build commercial construction firm in Western Massachusetts. Recruited by the Trammell Crow Company, as a Sales Associate, responsible for site selection, leasing, property management and property acquisition in Westchester County, Orange County, and Rockwell County in New York State. Relocated to Amelia Island in 2004 and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial, as a sales associate, in Jacksonville, Florida for two years and becoming licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 2006 with the establishment of his own commercial real estate company, JDM Real Estate Services, LLC, as the Broker-Manager on Amelia Island, Florida. To date successfully representing key local and regional clients with services that include leasing, sales, property management, site selection and development of landmark commercial properites along Historic Centre Street, multifamily development projects in the CRA District of Historic Fernandina Beach and mixed-use commercial projects.
Local community activities include serving as a Board member with the Amelia Island Convention Visitors Bureau and The Fernandina Beach Police Foundation.
