Tony Segal is Vice President of Purchasing for the Northern California division. He has over 20 years of experience in home building operations, Project Management, and negotiating contracts. Tony has home building field experience in both On and Offsite Construction and has work in the Purchasing department of a local government agency. Prior to coming to City Ventures in 2020, Tony worked for a regional home builder for over 15 years. Tony was part of the Senior Leadership Team where he oversaw the New Home Purchasing department, flip renovation operations, Accessory Dwelling Unit Project Management, and the company’s buy and hold single family rental portfolio.
