I am 47 years old, married with 4 children, 2 boys, 2 girls, ages 24, 23, 21 and 15 (last one in the nest). I was born and raised right here in Lexington in the Smith Pond area. In fact, Smith Pond Road was named after my grandfathers pond located on that road. I have been in customer service the most of my working life. I ventured into Real Estate in 2003 to accompany my residential and commercial construction company, TPS Contracting.
I am married to Teri Smith, who is a transplant from Virginia but has lived here longer than anywhere else. Teri has been a mortgage professional for the majority of her working life. Our adjoining has made our business life work hand in hand to provide superior knowledge and service to clients that we are privileged to help. My sole motivation is to provide my knowledge and services in order to benefit the customer or client to the best of my ability and to help them find what they are looking for. I have seen major changes in our county during my lifetime, most of which have been good, and I anticipate even greater things to come. Lexington is still “The Biggest Little Town in South Carolina”.
