As Vice President Real Estate Development with T.M. Crowley & Associates, Tracey partners with various retail clients through our Preferred Developer program. She is responsible for new store site selection in territories throughout the six New England states and New York.
As part of our Preferred Developer program, T.M. Crowley & Associates provides a single point of accountability, centralizing the client’s real estate objectives, strategies and responsibilities for the markets they serve.
Tracey oversees and manages her territory from the initial identification of new markets and site opportunities, to completion of the project and store opening.
This timeline includes the tasks of contract negotiation, coordinating due diligence, obtaining local municipality approvals and permits, compiling and scheduling possession and closing — all while maintaining the project schedule and budget, and delivering stores as promised to the client.
