Tracy is the Marketing Director for the Montreal Industrial Team at Savills. Her main responsibilities are to market mandated properties by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports, assisting with sales pitches. She is also responsible for creating new marketing literature and business development for her team to ensure client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Savills, Tracy worked as a Marketing Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for 6 years and prior to JLL she worked as an Executive Marketing Assistant for a team of 3 high profile Montreal Brokers at Cushman & Wakefield for 9 years. . Tracy also worked as a real estate broker on the residential side of the business and understands the importance of client retention and providing excellent service.
