He manages project site acquisition, master planning, zoning, permitting, financing, marketing, leasing, and property management within the region.
Mr. White joined McDonald Development Company in 1995 managing major tenant marketing, leasing and related agreements for projects in Atlanta, Georgia. His responsibilities were expanded to include development of new properties across the state of Georgia, including business parks at the expanding Port of Savannah, and later in the Carolinas and Virginia, with a regional office in Charlotte.
Previously, Mr. White practiced law with a concentration in commercial real estate, and as a broker managed the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, and represented tenants and users in lease transactions. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and earned his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He is active in SIOR and economic development organizations within the region (NCEDA, SCEDA, VEDA).
