Trask specializes in tenant representation, agency leasing, site acquisition, project analysis, and stabilization/disposition initiatives in the Phoenix market. Accordingly, he is uniquely suited to serve both corporate and entrepreneurial clients as they seek to identify development opportunities, acquire strategic site locations, determine leasing strategies, model fundamental project assumptions, and evaluate investment acquisition, or disposition opportunities. His extensive local market knowledge has helped him develop numerous strong relationships across the industry, ranging from institutional investors to retailers and developers at a national, regional, and local level.
Mr. Switzenberg comes to Kidder Mathews from Advisors Commercial Real Estate, formerly CBC Advisors, where he served as vice president and co-founder of the Phoenix office. Prior, Mr. Switzenberg was an associate for boutique firm SR Commercial Real Estate where he handled the leasing of the company’s landlord portfolio, which contained over 20 retail projects totaling more than one million square feet. In 2012 SR Commercial was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he continued to serve as an associate specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation until his departure for Advisors CRE in 2016.
