Travis McEldowney is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and is focused on brokerage including tenant and end user representation. Travis is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost effective solutions for accommodating their needs. Travis provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations and value based recommendations for each of his clients.
Prior to joining Finial Group, Travis interned at Worth and Associates in San Antonio, primarily assisting with the leasing of office and industrial space. This included researching and sourcing the San Antonio market for potential acquisitions, as well as compiling email lists to assist leasing agents in finding new tenants. During his time at Worth and Associates, Travis gained valuable insight in landlord representation and investment sourcing of both office and industrial properties.
Born and Raised in San Antonio, Texas, Travis attended Alamo Heights High School. He moved to Lubbock in 2017 to attend Texas Tech University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the Rawls College of Business. Travis was also an active member of the fraternity Phi Delta Theta where he served as the Interfraternity Council (IFC) delegate.
