Travis has been an entrepreneur for as long as he can recall. As a boy, he would buy and resell candy and pencils. As an adult, he has bought and built Laundromats and owned and operated Multifamily properties. Now, he loves to learn about his client's businesses and how they succeed every day.
Born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut, he then went on to college in Maine. After moving to New Hampshire for work opportunities, he began his Laundromat investing and was the elected Treasurer of the New England Coin Laundry Association for five years. His first multifamily investment was also his home, while he used sweat equity to increase its value. Later, he met his wife, and they kept that property as a straight investment for 16 years. They now have two terrific boys (both of whom know what it's like to be a landlord and a small business owner) and reside in Amherst, NH.
Currently, he still owns and operates a Laundromat in Manchester and a mixed-use building in Nashua, but his focus is helping others buy and sell investment real estate. He has bought, sold, and brokered millions of dollars in real estate, and his clients know that he only lets them buy deals that he would buy. When he works with you, you will "wait for the right pitch" and then swing for the fences. When working with sellers, they make sure to position the property to maximize the sale in any given market.
