Bio
Trent Dickey joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Vice President of Retail Advisory Services. With the New York City team, he is active in a variety of roles including building a top tier retail and medical tenant roster, increasing market share for outer-borough leasing projects and collaborating on high profile Manhattan leasing.
Trent has over 12 years of experience leasing retail assets nationally with a special emphasis on high profile shopping centers and urban projects as well as tenant representation and expansion strategy. He has completed over 200 retail leases in 32 states and represented over 6,000,000 SF of commercial space.
Prior to JLL, Trent led the agency leasing team at Schuckman Realty Inc, a boutique focused on Metro New York, and expanded their tenant representation practice to include national expansion for restaurants and retailers. Notable transactions included The Brooklyn Hospital Center and Spectrum Wireless on Fulton Mall, Walgreens at the Barclays Center, the redevelopment of the Whitestone Shopping Center, leasing the Mobil Building in Manhattan and two ground up development towers in Queens.
As in-house Director of Leasing at Acadia Realty Trust, Trent covered urban and shopping center leasing in New York, Chicago, Boston and Washington DC. Deals included Swatch, AC Moore, Planet Fitness, Vineyard Vines, Flywheel Sports, Albertsons, and Starbucks.
Trent was Head of Retail Leasing for a Cohen Equities as they acquired 35 value-add retail properties in 22 states, ran direct and third party leasing and advised on dispositions. He started his career as a leasing broker then Director with NAI Global of NYC.
Trent is a member of ICSC, ICSC Next Gen Planning Committee, YMWREA and REBNY. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and a 2020 recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award.
