Trent Jemmett joined CBRE in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Director for U.S Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets (HLSCM) in San Diego, CA. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets & Life Sciences specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts) and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.
Trent is responsible for marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, market research and analytical assignments for business development and coordinating the financial underwriting and due diligence processes.
Mr. Jemmett was previously a Senior Associate with JLL/HFF’s Medical Office Investment Sales Team and responsible for comprehensive underwriting, market analysis, the design and marketing of listings, pitch books, comp databases and analysis on individual assets and portfolios for institutional clients. Trent lead the underwriting efforts on over $7 billion worth of assets. Before that he gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst at Breakwater Equity Partners, now known as Virtua Partners, working on solutions to preserve distressed commercial real estate assets during the GFC. There he helped determine the current value of all asset classes located across the country.
