Trent joined Chapman-Richards in 2019 but is NOT new to real estate. His favorite part of the job is the satisfaction that comes from exceeding his client s expectations. Whether it be selling their home at or above the predicted price, finding the perfect home, locating a great retail site for a startup, or finding just what his investor or developer was looking for that is the biggest reward for him!
Trent has owned, managed, and leased residential and commercial properties starting as far back as 1997.
He received his MBA from the University of Utah in 2000. He has started and operated many successful businesses. Because of his strong entrepreneurial spirit, he can't help but treat your needs as if they were his own.
