Trevor is an associate on Colliers International’s Investment Team, specializing in apartment building and development land sales throughout British Columbia. Trevor’s ability to navigate the intricacies of the ever-changing investment landscape of real estate investment has continued to prove himself as an asset to investors, developers and property owners alike.
Sharp due diligence skills, underwriting ability and acute understanding of market trends combine to allow Trevor to unlock intrinsic value of commercial real estate assets which have resulted in benchmark pricing on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Trevor spent the better part of a decade at one of the largest publicly traded companies in Canada, facilitating major contracts with billion-dollar organizations and government clients.
Trevor graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in Business Management in 2016, where he also played hockey and was involved in several volunteer groups.
