Tripp Sellers, with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializes in private capital markets and offers customized investment sales, acquisition, and recapitalization services to provide unmatched exposure to buyers across the country. Tripp focuses on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties throughout South Carolina for both institutional, and private owners and investors. As a member of CBRE’s Private Capital Group, Tripp has access to a proprietary national database of approximately 160,000 investors, owners, and brokers, with continued live feeds from both the practice group and investors. Tripp previously worked with CBRE from 2001 until 2006. Tripp rejoins CBRE having spent the past eight years at TIC Properties Management as a Vice President of Marketing & Leasing. There he was responsible for all office, industrial, and retail transactions within the company’s portfolio, and built a marketing platform from the ground up for one of the largest managers of tenants in common properties in the country. Tripp also led the development of investment strategies and leasing standards for more than 23 markets around the country and maintained oversight of more than 50 third-party brokers. During his tenure at TIC Properties Management, Tripp managed more than 500 transactions totaling in excess of $360 million in value.
