Trish Pruitt serves as Senior Marketing Director for Northwood Retail. In her current role, Ms. Pruitt oversees the marketing efforts for The Forum Carlsbad and Promenade at Downey. Drawing on over 14 years of industry experience, she specializes in project branding, experiential programs and event development for a variety of retail projects.
In a previous role with Northwood Retail, Ms. Pruitt served as the Marketing Director for the Carolina portfolio overseeing projects including Freshfields Village, Waverly Place, and Blakeney. Prior to joining Northwood Retail in 2012 as the Marketing Manager for Freshfields Village, Ms. Pruitt worked for Kiawah Partners, the master developer of Kiawah Island in South Carolina. At Kiawah Partners, she served as the Assistant General Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Freshfields Village, having the privilege of evolving with the project since its original inception.
Ms. Pruitt attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina and earned a BA in Business Economics.
