Troy began working with Jim and Bill in 1995 with Associated Capital Properties. He is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse skill set, including property management, leasing, appraisal, and asset management for private and institutional investors. His far-reaching background includes full-service asset management for property owners including Prudential, Travelers, CIGNA, Aetna, John Hancocl, Bank of Tokyo, the Estate of James Campbell, and others.
As Capital Partners' CFO, Troy underwrites potential investments, develops the business plans, and coordinates acquisitions, financing, and dispositions. He integrates the elements of our investments and keeps them in sync. Because they understand every ascpect of a transaction, Troy and the Capital Partners team can identify issues and address them before they become problems. By monitoring performance and proactively managing investment objectives, Troy creates value for Capital Partners and our co-investors.
