Troy was born and raised in Clovis, CA. With deep roots in the Central Valley, agriculture has always been something he was extremely intrigued by. Troy studied Agricultural Business at California State University of Fresno where he was on the golf team for four years before graduating in the Spring of 2015. After graduation, Troy began a career in the ag industry working for an irrigation company with a territory between Bakersfield and Modesto. Troy was exposed to a wide variety of crops such as alfalfa, lettuce, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cotton, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, citrus, pistachios, walnuts, and almonds. Troy comes to Schuil & Associates with an existing position with California Almond Traders, where he deals primarily with California almond packers throughout the state. Troy has been involved in the development of farmland to managing the marketing and logistics of product throughout domestic and export markets. In his free time, Troy enjoys playing golf, skiing, going to the lake, and spending time with his family.
