Turul Sengul is a senior sales associate with more than 10 years of experience. As a licensed real estate professional, he is involved in a wide range of projects, opportunities and partnerships representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Turul leads Cross Region’s South Florida operations and conducts business throughout Florida.
Prior to his real estate career, Turul worked in management roles in leading technology companies internationally. He brings the vision and broad expertise of those experiences into his commercial real estate sales executive position.
Turul is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate member and working to complete his CCIM Designation, which less than 10% of commercial brokers have achieved.
