Bio
Ty Thomas has consistently provided comprehensive leasing, sales, and marketing strategies for his commercial real estate clients in the Triangle market for the past 15 years. Mr. Thomas has a proven track record in marketing and leasing of power, neighborhood, urban, and specialty centers. In addition, Ty has been actively involved in outparcel sales, tenant representation, and big box leasing where he has proven to be one of the Triangles most accomplished retail brokers.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, Ty worked for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. Before that, Ty was a vice president at Lincoln Harris, as well as the leader of project leasing for retail services at Hunter & Associates. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University, and is a member the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR).
