Ty Walsh, Analyst at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in infill and suburban markets for the Buyer Representative Team in Austin, San Antonio, and throughout Central Texas. He connects clients with on-market and off-market opportunities through consistent research and communication. He also maintains, organizes, and manages various databases to improve workflow and to further business strategies.
Prior to joining DMRE, Ty worked as a Transaction Analyst at CBRE where he was responsible for co-brokering transactions in over 50 countries. Ty’s diligence and unique analytical mindset allowed him the opportunity to work with international brokers to strategize real estate options for his clients.
Ty graduated from Texas A&M where he earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. Ty is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
Ty grew up in Belton, Texas, and enjoys spending his free time on the lake with friends and family. His interests also include playing golf and hockey.
