Tyler joins Hunneman with over 22 years of commercial real estate experience and a primary focus on sales and leasing in the inner urban core of Boston and Northern suburbs. Over the course of a two-decade career, he has been responsible for the leasing and sales of over 21 million square feet of real estate totaling more than $1 Billion dollars. Tyler has had the pleasure of representing clients such as Berkeley Partners, Calare Properties, Jumbo Capital, Element Care, Kirkwood Printing, Mackay Construction, Quantis, Six Capital, Rincon Companies, Salem Five Bank, Siguler Guff and many more.
Prior to joining Hunneman, Tyler was an Executive Vice President, Principal at Freudenheim Partners and previously a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank/Grubb & Ellis for over 15 years. He started his career with The Nordblom Companies in Burlington, MA.
Tyler graduated from Babson College with a Bachelors in Global Marketing and MIS and is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Boston.
