Tyler Lusk is a Partner and Managing Director for SouthCoast. He joined SouthCoast in 2013 and is responsible for portfolio management strategies, development, and redevelopment, along with assistance in acquisition sourcing. Tyler has been a part of and worked extensively on over 130 shopping centers in the SouthCoast portfolio located throughout the Sunbelt in acquisition, capitalization, leasing strategy, asset management, disposition, and strategy execution. Prior to joining SouthCoast, Tyler worked at Hughes Commercial Properties Inc. as a Development Coordinator for retail shopping centers and offices in the Southeast. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. He is the Broker-in-Charge at SouthCoast and a LEED Accredited Professional. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Evan’s Management Group. Tyler holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
