As a Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Tyler Swenson specializes in single and multi-tenant net leased assets and helps clients navigate complex 1031 exchanges throughout the Mountain West area.
Prior to joining CBRE, Tyler spent more than two decades as an executive-level principal of numerous early-stage companies. During this time, Tyler applied his entrepreneurial expertise in various technology and real estate ventures, leading his teams to high degrees of success. Among these ventures include his founding one of the fastest-growing ISPs in Utah, followed by the co-founding of a performance-based digital marketing company. Combining marketing and coaching services for medical and service businesses nationwide, Tyler helped small single-location operators grow into multi-state powerhouses.
Employing firsthand experience with critical underwriting and deal execution as a real estate investor and developer, Tyler provides his clients an extraordinary level of detail in deal evaluations, a trait that sets him apart from many brokers in the field. Additionally, clients benefit significantly from Tyler's aggressive, unique marketing methods and his state-of-the-art database and investor network. Tyler resides in Fort Collins, CO, with his wife and four daughters. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors hiking and mountain biking and attending sporting events with his family.
