Tyler Voell joined Savills in 2017 as an assistant director. In this role, Tyler executes business development, transaction management and analysis support on one of the highest-achieving brokerage teams in Denver. Tyler focuses on developing occupancy strategy and negotiations for office space users in the Denver market. His main focus is offering solutions that enable businesses to leverage their real estate strategy to maximize operating efficiency, attraction and retention of high caliber employees and maximizing client profits.
Tyler began his career in commercial real estate as an associate at Cushman and Wakefield in their Denver office. In this capacity, Tyler serviced tenants and landlords by completing extensive market analysis, marketing reports, property tours, site selection and financial analysis across the retail, industrial and office market. This experience has provided him a broad insight into real estate from a holistic perspective.
