Urszula began her real estate career in 2007 with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in their New Jersey office. Specializing in the sale of retail assets, she quickly made a name for herself by achieving the Marcus & Millichap Pace Setter Award. The Pace Setter Award is bestowed upon agents who meet a high standard of performance by bringing in a substantial amount of new business.
Since her humble beginnings as a new agent, she has become a trusted and valuable adviser for many private and institutional grade clients. She successfully closed multiple transactions throughout various states including New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Arizona, California and more.
Urszula also spent some time in her career as Vice President of Leasing for Edgewood Properties, working on the development side of the real estate business where she successfully learned the art of development and leasing as well as principles and practices of property management.
Prior to starting her own real estate firm Urszula joined Winick Realty Group in 2013 to head the investment sales department of their New Jersey office.
Currently Ms. Zoltek is the founder, owner and Broker of Record at Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services where she specializes in Commercial Leasing and Sales representing numerous Landlords and many well-known national credit Tenants.
